The Contractor Behind SouthTech Electric
I'm Jesse Cilluffo, owner and lead electrician at SouthTech Electric. After more than 10 years in the construction industry, I founded this company in 2021 to do electrical work the way I believed it should be done — reliable, honest, and right the first time.
As a South Carolina licensed electrical contractor, I've personally wired over 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential space across the Lowcountry and Midlands. On the commercial side that means restaurant and retail buildouts, office and facility work, service and panel upgrades, and the service calls that get a property running again when something fails.
Coming up through construction shaped how we work with commercial clients. I know what it costs a general contractor when a trade misses a date, and what it costs a business owner to close for a day. So we hold our schedule, we work nights and weekends when your operation needs us to, and we document what we find so you can budget for it instead of reacting to it.
My wife and I moved here to start our family, and we're raising our three kids in the Lowcountry. This is our community, and these are our neighbors — which is exactly why my name is on the work.
